Almost holidays!
Last Friday was a very lucky day for I picked a really easy ticket on my linguistics exam. I'm not good at cheating on exams so that was a good thing, and it was also the exam that had me worried the most. Now there are only the exams for the optional Japan - Religion and Culture course, and then literary theory. For the first I'm just going to read some book the prof wrote, and for the second, well... I'll have to read up more, but I will have some buffer zone from homeworks (last one is still not graded though, so no idea how much I can relax, but the requirements for the highest grade are probably going to be cut in half).
That aside, I finally got my pre-order copy of Tales of Graces! Like almost 2 months after it released, customs and the post office really messed that up, but at least I finally have it. And it's a bit of a pain playing in Japanese still, but I found myself understanding a fair bit of the story (and not so much of the battle system). Somehow it grabbed me more than Tales of Vesperia - though it being on the Wii, I do miss HD graphics. But I'm already 4ish hours in and can't wait for the charas to grow up so I can use my Tales of Vesperia costumes! (I hope I like those better, the Tales of the Abyss costumes in Vesperia were kind of disappointing).
Sakaguchi's game is also finally revealed! And it's for the Wii as well... comes as a bit of a surprise. And it looks really Final Fantasy-like - the logo and the title do anyway.
